To have an instant relief one may use a pain killer which has been prescribed by a doctor or a spray for pain relief .However if the pain is frequent then it may mean that there is a serious problem. In turn this will mean that there should be a medical check up. On the other hand if it is a mild pain and there is an occasional occurrence then the best thing to do is to use heat packs, have adequate rest, massages, proper posture and have steam baths
If pain persists after this, then an appointment with the doctor should be made. Pains in hip and lower back can come about because of a number of reasons. You may be having a problem in your legs and this means that you should place some foam size in your shoes. There are a number of exercises which are able to alleviate the pain in hip and lower back. Standing on the wall then sliding down until the knees are bent to a ninety degree position. You should slowly do this exercise repeatedly for at least five times in a day to release the pain in the lower back and hip region.
Then as you lie with your face placed on the floor, raise the legs slowly to an upward position by having the muscle tightened and then have it lowered down gradually. Repeat this process for at least five times. Then, as you sit on a chair in an upright position, the leg should be raised every time to the waist level and then lowered again to the floor. This may be done for at least five times.
Nevertheless, once the problem has been discovered, one must be in constant contact with the medical doctor. Any complications or severe pain in hip and lower back experienced should be reported to the doctor immediately.
