I usually go for a massage or a warm soak in the tub for an hour or two to get rid of the lower back pains. This relieves me of the pain. Stretching my back also helps. I agree with you on that!Thanks for sharing.

I get lower back pains when I sit for long hours in front of a computer with a chair that has bad support for my back. A good massage usually helps to ease the pain.

It is very nice video for yoga exercises and it seems like the exercise will help relieve my back pain. I'll have to give it a shot during my next workout.

Upper Back Pain can occur as a result of trauma or sudden injury, or it can occur through strain or poor posture over time. As an example of the latter cause, in recent years, upper back pain has become a familiar complaint from people who work at computers most of the day. Often, upper back pain occurs along with neck pain and/or shoulder pain.

The vast majority of cases of upper back pain are due to one (or both) of the following causes:

    * Muscular irritation (myofascial pain)
    * Joint dysfunction

Kidney problem symptoms generally develop over a period of years. Our kidneys perform many vital functions that help maintain overall health.

But if the blood vessels in the kidneys are damaged, the kidneys will not clean the blood properly and kidney problem symptoms will develop. With impaired kidney function, the body retains more water and salt than it should, leading to weight gain.

Here are common symptoms of kidney problems: • Swelling around the face, eyes, feet and ankles
• Pain or a burning sensation during urination
• Fever
• Need to urinate more frequently
• Problems controlling urination
• Blood in the urine

Back muscle spasm is always terribly painful. The muscles contract violently and uncontrollably. Every movement might set off a new series of horrible muscular contractions. This experience is often described as the most painful experience of a person’s life. (I can personally agree with that statement 100%!!!)
